[Lowfer] Wm Beacon on-line 11/26

I have put the Wm Beacon back on the air with a new Power Amp driving a 
Vertical Flattop Antenna in place of the Ashlock Loop arraingement.  I 
am still working to improve the ground system, and loading coils. There 
is lots of room for improvement. The antenna is again located in a 
temporary location which makes it easy to adjust and change. It does 
still have to contend with buildings, towers, and other antennas.
