[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 475.3 kHz

No problem Jay. The signal was down around S6 about 9:30pm local. XKA came 
in with a +9 SNR on WSPR2 not long ago.
Sometimes when XKA gets loud here I manage a T/A capture....
