[Lowfer] WM Beacon status

I am still running the beacon with a temporary and experimental antenna 
setup, which I have not yet water / rain proofed. Rain and thunderstorms 
are predicted for tonight and tomorrow so I will take the Wm Beacon off 
air today, and get it out of the weather.  I am planning some antenna 
modifications and will get them done during this outage. I will post 
when I put it back on air, hopefully by next Wednesday.
