[Lowfer] Frequency usage question

If you look in the archives and do some google searches, you will find a 
diagram and explanation of the "Ashlock Final", if you are not already 
aware of that information.

Bill was a great experimenter and also great about documenting his work 
thoroughly then sharing it with the rest of us.
