[Lowfer] Frequency usage question

Charlie: Thanks for your guidance and input on the operating frequency
for the WmBeacon. While the beacon is rock bound, it can be moved around
a little also.
There was no documentation included with the transmitter, and it was
completely hand / home made from Mr. Ashlock's design. The exciter /
keyer works perfectly. But before I put it on-line, I want to have it's
theory of operation and schematic documented. If (or when) disaster
hits, I will be able to repair it and not have to wonder how it's
suppose to work. It will likely be a couple more weeks before I attempt
an on-air test.
