[Lowfer] WSPR2 reception reports of BDQ and /20 at WG2XIQ

John, might have been a noisy night your way. To the East, the storms
didn't seem too bad but it's interesting how the reported SNR for
WD2XSH/20 varied wildly, both at WG2XJM and here. Bests were -19 and -22
dB, respectively, but most of the reports were around the bare minimum
possible for detection.

Lower down on DGPS frequencies, station #885, Cape Mendocino, CA decoded
once on 292 kHz. That's a first here and difficult because of 3
relatively nearby cochannel stations. Aimed a loop at the Cheboygan, MI
station and at local sunrise got the decode.
