[Lowfer] WSPR2 in SE Kansas, Mon PM

Continued to see you quite well for almost two hours after my earlier post, 
JL.  Last decode was stamped 1202, when the sun had been up for half an 
hour.  It and the preceding decodes were showing -12 dB very consistently, 
which is so stable that I strongly suspect it was groundwave.  If you'd like 
to try a daytime experiment one of these mornings when the noise is no worse 
that today, I'd sure be glad to keep a lookout for you.

As can be seen in the attached image from last night, the mystery noise 
seems to overlap about 20% of your signal, but it doesn't seem to cause any 
decoding problems here.

I'll try to take a look at your QRP test tonight, but I really, truly 
guarantee I won't be doing a third all-nighter!
