[Lowfer] Finally a copy on X4 29.501kHz

Dex & All:  Looks like I captured a 4 and X between 0346UTC and 0434UTCon 
29.501kHz . Not real pretty, but enough to say it's there....

QRSS60 slow seems to work better for me than QRS120 normal.   Better 
contrast spacing between the characters for some reason (integration, duh!). 
Thanks for the beaconing.....
