[Lowfer] hiFER - SIW

[Zack Widup]

There are a lot of "mystery beacons," mostly in the southwest USA desert
running very low power and sending dits, dashes or Morse messages. These
are on frequencies mostly in the 2 to 8 MHz range. Does anyone else but me
here listen to these?
