No, neither of us said that.  I quoted Kurt exactly: "most of the LowFER 
guys here are also the HiFER guys." ("The" HiFER guys, FWIW.)

What _I_ said was, of the 13 most recently active HiFER operators, only FOUR 
of them are regulars here.  That's down two from a couple of years ago.  The 
overlap is pretty small these days, whichever direction you look at it from. 
It is what it is, and means nothing more than that.

As I said, I entirely agree with Kurt that it's fine to have HiFER captures 
here.  I include HiFER reports regularly myself.  My stated point was, why 
not _also_ submit reports where the majority of the HiFER operators will see 
them?

It's just a simple question of using the available tools to maximum effect.
