[Lowfer] XNI SIW reception

Best XNI up at grabber 2. SIW sunrise fadeout at grabber 1. Two short dashes on SIW signal ~20 dB 
s/n in 28 mHz. While the diagonal lines are certainly 'eye catching', they don't 'print' as bright 
white as the horizontal lines.
