[Lowfer] Sampling Rate and Frequency Calibration

Garry,
You bring up a point that has been troubling me. The original version of
Argo brought any offset into the calculation of the calibration marks at
the right of the screen. The current version leaves some very hard to
quickly interpret results - the tick marks are oddball frequencies.
Does this bother anyone else, or am I alone in my discontent?
