Very nice writeup! One addition I like is that, along with the receiver 
offset, you add the dial frequency too so captures show the actual 
frequency directly on the frequency scale. That way there's no need for 
viewers to know/guess the expected pitch frequency (I prefer 400 Hz 
myself but on some modes use 800 or 1000 Hz) and dial frequency (I 
nearly always use USB, but others might prefer LSB or CW) to get the 
actual frequency. That also eliminates uncertainty on archived captures 
as to what the actual frequency is.
