[Lowfer] WG2XNI DFCW60 186.109 khz tonight

Mark, like others I found your DFCW60 signal in there last night, along 
with a lower frequency wandering carrier. Much better than your previous 
try, but still with a lot of QSB and given how well your lowfer did 
previously that was disappointing for 20dB more TX power.
