I ran Spectran by itself until 13:00 EST....not even a hint of your signal.  I started up Argo and ran both it and Spectran together....again zippo.
Just now I've shut down Spectran and am running Argo only, in 60 second mode.  Will keep on trying for rest of afternoon and early evening.
