Thank Mitch
I ran about 200 watts for about 24 hours and now am running right at 500 watts. Hopefully I won't be replacing FETs later today.

It is the G0MRF rig - and I have pushed it to 400 watts - but had to add an mini-fan on the "tank" coil. I'm using a 340 ft loop - top at about 60 feet. So power and antenna stays constant - and I think it provides a reasonably stable signal for propagation and seasonal variations to be checked by observers.
