[Lowfer] W4DEX on 8822 Hz

Dex's signal was a solid line here all night on QRSS1200 slow. That mode
seems to be a low enough data rate to overcome QRN/QRM making Dex's signal
look like it's fading. Might take a while to have a QSO though... ;-)
