[Lowfer] W4DEX on 8822 Hz

Dex. congratulations on more REAL DX. Attached is what I'm seeing so far 
(the larger spike is my SLM reference signal at 8822.1 Hz; I tune the 
sdr-iq to 8815 Hz and look around 7 Hz). Think the level is building as 
the very narrow filter get moving up to speed. There's about a 90 minute 
delay from real time.
