[Lowfer] 26 kHz VLF

Not often I get to log a new one on VLF these days. 26.0 kHz ... 
http://www.w1vd.com/interestinggrab.html . After some research it appears it might be DG2 Negev 
Desert, Israel. Listening to the audio it's definately an FSK signal and the K9AY directional 
antenna shows it arriving from the east.

There's convincing corroborating evidence from the Tel Aviv WWLN sensor 
http://togatau.tau.ac.il/~sferix/vlf.png which shows a very bright line at 26 kHz.

Any additional info would be appreciated.
