[Lowfer] Daytime LowFERs in SE Kansas

The CommRadio CR-1a test continues.  Captures of MP yesterday and SIW 
yesterday & today at:

Good HiFER results, too, with SZX making a rare appearance here yesterday 
and AZ making an even more rare appearance today.  Most of the usuals (USC, 
SIW, EH, NC, MTI) and the semi-regulars (GNK and FRC) also did well the past 
couple of days.  No MP or 7P seen on 22m for a while, though.
