[Lowfer] SIW 12-8-14

Thanks for the capture Andy. Since SIW was away from the watering hole, 
I monitored there and found SJ, WM, and TAG. Only WM, the closest 
lowfer, was solid. Nothing from DK7FC on 136 kHz WSPR-15. HGA22 wasn't 
coming through well so that's no surprise.
