[Lowfer] SIW 12-8-14

[Andy - KU4XR via Lowfer]

Hi all:

The 1750 meter band was down here in EM75xr in the early evening.. No LWBC stations
could be heard.. I saw some weak slant lines from " SIW " from 7:30 to about 8:15 pm EST,
then he faded until 10:30 pm and came up strong.. Capture is in QRSS-60 SLOW
