[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex QRM

The night-time carrier at the 518 kHz Navtex mark frequency continues.
It nulls at about 60 degrees, implying a direct heading of about 150
degrees. That direction, plus a screen capture showing the mark
frequency is identical to that of area 4 station E, makes me suspect
that's the culprit.
Conditions must have been fairly good to the West last night because
area 12 west coast stations C, Q, and W decoded with the interferer nulled.
I've alerted the individuals that handled my last Navtex failure report
in hopes that their emails are still valid. Unlike DGPS, I haven't found
a web site for reporting Navtex problems. Does anyone know of one?
