: There is a USA maker of  legal incandescent bulbs that gets past the legal
: loophole with a rough-service long-lasting filament design.

AND, our Wal-Mart's (in NV) are filled with incandescent, makers got around 
the
rules by relabeling them, 100 is 97, 60 is 57, 45 is 34, et cetera.  Then
there's all the specialty stuff, no change, there's as many now, in our
area, as there was before and only a small section of LEDs, cuz, they are
expensive and put out far less and funny colored light.  Try a Lowe's or
Home Depot, the ones here have the good old bulbs by the case.
