[Lowfer] Running WG2XCT CW beacon on 471.80 KHz all weekend

[N8OOU]

Argo captures of 471.8 received by my kenwood ts-480 and 5 band trap 
vertical. Early evening nothing was audible or visible in argo at qrss3
After local sunset argo started showing a line but again nothing 
audible. At 02:24 utc the signal strength improved as shown in the 
capture. Was able to decode the cw id by ear, and a switch to cw/ndb 
mode in argo.
