[Lowfer] DGPS

Decided to monitor the entire DGPS band last night (286-325 kHz) and see 
what could be decoded. Ended up with 60 stations, including Panama on 
302 kHz. Conditions to the far west weren't great so a number of 
stations that often decode were missed. Having a loop antenna with 
nulling potential allowed numerous cochannel stations to be copied that 
would have been missed with just an eprobe.
