I don't think the RX setup your using tonite is doing too bad!  You sent me a great capture few nites ago and that is daytime and over 1000 miles away with Summer conditions!  
Noise is always going to be the big problem on this long wave.  I am hoping the noise subsides as colder WX moves in for us.  Hate the dam cold but it sure is good for LF work!
