[Lowfer] QRSS-10 on 160 Meters

Thanks for the report, and capture Garry. I was pleased to see that the radio is 
on the frequency that I think it is.. I didn't check it with my counter, just went 
with experience.. The 10 second rate doesn't give much sampling time, but that
is the slowest speed MultiPSK will run.. I could switch to Spec Lab and slow it 
down a bit more, just don't know how slow 160 will support on a long haul, with
low power.. Hoping to cross the pond.. I'll be looking for SIW soon.. Interesting
transmission pattern you're using this season.. 73 for now, and good DX:
