[Lowfer] QRSS-10 on 160 Meters

Andy, it's very noisy here (copy of Bob on 74 kHz was so poor I didn't 
bother saving any captures) but your 160 meter QRSS10 signal is easily 
evident with an e-probe. Lightning crashes break up the characters a bit 
but it's still clear you're sending "KU4XR".
