Hi all: And thanks to those who saw the message and tried to pick
the tiny signal from the noise.. I ran on Wed. un-announced just to 
see if anyone happened to monitor the " supposed " Beacon portion of
160 meters..No reports of course.. I don't expect much success at
250 mW into high SWR, and at QRSS-3, but that's the purpose, a very
weak signal, " Slightly Similar " to 1750 meters ( I Hope ).. 
I am not sure what speed 160 meters propagation will support.. 
I figured from experience that QRSS-3 would " possibly " be the best
rate.. I will run again tonite, but it will be late again.. 
Same frequency: 1.999.900 MHz, +/- a few cycles.. Using MultiPSK to
generate the QRSS-3 Beacon signal..
