[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

An interesting night at 518 kHz. Area 4 (A,B,C,E,G,H,N,P,R, and U) and 
Area 12 (Q and W) decodes were pretty standard, but Area 15 L showing up 
from 10712 km at 0846Z was definitely not normal. Interestingly, earlier 
in the evening signals from the south didn't stand out. For example, on 
302 kHz the DGPS station in Panama wasn't even noticeable.

Only twice before have I copied a station in Chile (K), though others in 
the US have done it rather often. US area 4 station E is at least partly 
to blame since it regularly runs well past its 10 minute transmit slot.
