[Lowfer] MP + loran lines

Garry,

They are using the old Great Lakes GRI of 8970, but the signal is 
definitely closer to here, so presumably from NJ. There are two pulse 
groups, one coded as master and the other as slave (if memory serves), 
but both of the same amplitude, so there's only one source location.
