[Lowfer] MP + loran lines

Jay, the lines you see near 137.7815 and 137.776 kHz aren't visible 
here, but I do see a line down around 137.7728 kHz. As JJ points out, it 
seems the NJ "experimenter" may be the source. That's too far to copy in 
daylight here, even though the noise this morning is low. But if the 
source was the Great Lakes chain I would expect to see the lines too.
