What I do is enter all data and settings as desired, perform all tuning etc. so everything is ready 
to go. During Stefan's transmit period xx:00 - xx:15 or xx:30 - xx:45 I set the transmitter to TX 
50% duty cycle and push the TX NEXT button. This starts a TX sequence in the next 15 minute period - 
opposite Stefan. From there on out the program runs on 'auto pilot' and no further intervention is 
required.
