The last few showing 0.1 is may be close to actual erp. running about 75 
watts to the antenna.  I could not get the program to change power level 
at first.  Then I found it did change by exiting and restarting.  
Changing TX duration also required an exit and restart.  Also I am 
having a problem with the rig keying.  Every time I click on the "tune" 
option the rig will key but it will not key while in TX mode.  I would 
like to TX periods like you have been doing so I can RX in between.
