Considering you were copying a few microwatts erp from my WSPR-15 
transmission I am convinced your active antenna is performing very 
well.  I need to attempt to raise one of my active antennas out the top 
of a tree some distance from the house and towers.  I've spent many 
hours climbing trees in the past but now I'm smarter and not as nimble :)
