[Lowfer] XEB Daytime on the Plains

While I was watching Jay's QRSS45 trying to overcome the strange noise, I 
was running another capture a ways down in frequency, and Bob's WSPR-15 was 
making it out here in fine form.  The session on the right is the one that 
ended at 2:00 PM CST, which appeared to be the last one while I was tuned 
in.
