Of note is that if operated by the federal gov. it general keys both sidebands so carrier frequency listing makes since. But if not, generally the modulation is only on the upper sideband and it actually in the FCC database in that case (Federal ones are not). In the non-Federal case, the license frequency would be 275.510 kHz (the center between the carrier and keyed usb tone modulation).. And that is the case with 'EZT' who's actual FCC callsign is WRLB2108 and is licensed to ELIZABETHTON, TN with an output power of 25.0 W. 5.8 MI NE OF ELIZABETHTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT,ELIZABETHTON, TN CARTER County 36-18-57.4 N, 082-16-13.5 W
