[Lowfer] frequency counter calibration

I sent reply offer to Optoelectronics with the following text:

Sorry,

I am not going to give you $87 to turn a screw.

I will give you $50, which includes return postage, to calibrate my
 Optoelectronics Model 2810, and include a certificate of calibration
 in the return package.

Doesn't really matter to me what they say. If positive, I will take
them up on it. If negative, big deal.

The biggest thing manufacturers need to grok these days is that
customers are in charge.
