[Lowfer] WD2XNS WSPR-15

WD2XNS will remain in WSPR-15 mode for the day today (sorry JD ... will do QRSS another day) for 
those that would like to continue to track condx throughout the daylight hours. TX has been running 
continuous (every other 15 minute period) since early last evening on 136000 kHz dial +1611. The 
receiver here is also running and uploading WSPR-15 spots on the opposite periods ... should anyone 
care to take advantage of that. As always, reports and spots are very much appreciated.
