Regarding that excellent article, Jack at Clifton Labs recently advised me
not to bury the chokes in the manner he described in the article, as it is
virtually impossible to keep water from invading the coax after a few
months. Instead, one could mount the choke above ground and use a ground
rod connected to the coax shield.
