[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WSPR-15

I need to head to work but will leave my receiver on 474.2 USB receiving
WSPR-15 and uploading spots.
Could not find any information in the quick user's guide about what dB
level "green bar" should be set for, so I adjusted the audio level so the
green bar was around +7.
