[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WSPR-15

Jay, not seeing much signal in the waterfall yet. Perhaps more a noise 
rise issue around 475.8 kHz than a lack of signal. Something is spraying 
broadband noise right where it's not needed. Nonetheless, when the 
software went to decode I got a Fortran-90 error, shown in the 
attachment, and the Decoding box stays lighted and the error repeats 
every 15 minutes. I do have the file "wsprx\save\130117_0215.c2", but 
it's at C:\Program Files\wsprx rather than C:\wsprx. Perhaps installing 
it away from the default suggestion caused the error.
