Kurt, Yes, the hifer watering hole is alive and well; propagation 
apparently isn't very good. At least I assume that's why I haven't 
noticed anything reaching the IK1WVQ grabber at 
http://www.stmb.it/grabber/HIFER/index.html and why 20 meter WSPR 
reports have been meager in SNR. Late afternoon here I just copied NC 
and EH well. USC also has been seen very recently (http://lwca.org/mb/, 
message 3530). I normally run beacons sending SIW at 13555420 (QRSS6) 
and 13555430 ("slant" code) Hz, but occasionally turn them off so I can 
monitor for signals too.
