[Lowfer] possible WI reception in CO last night

That's one advantage of an analog mode like QRSS vs an "all or nothing"
digital mode like WSPR. I have absolutely no doubt, based on Mark's
screenshots, that is WI, even though he didn't get a nice, crisp "WI"
together, I do see a "W" and an "I", the frequency is correct, and the
slight drift ("humps") are present.

Keep at it, Mark, and I'm sure you'll get a nice "WI" soon. :-)
