Agree. No doubt you were receiving WI's signal based on your captures. This proves that the path and
your receiving system is up to the task. I always consider that the first 'major hurdle' as
sometimes it takes a quite a while longer to get a full callsign with all ID characters clearly
displayed. Recall spending nearly a month a few years back getting a clear ID on BR. Early on it was
clear that it was his signal but the final 'proof' took a lot longer.
Of course, everyone is entitled to their own threshold for making the call ;~)
