[Lowfer] WD2XNS WSPR-15 / WOLF pre-test test

Thanks Jay, I am progressing.....

I set the RX to USB ( from CW rev) and I started to get spectra on the 
WSPR-X V0.7 r2960 waterfall display at 1614 Hz.

I am now getting the WOLF decode at 1W (your TX) and I am waiting for a 
WSPR-X decode.

Now have a WSPR-X decode at -35 dB.

Only in a semicalibrated mode right now. I calibrated at CW rev at 
136.800Khz. WOLF offset is about -0.16 Hz
