Yes ... it is WSPR-X that you want.

I would suggest the receiver be set to 136000 USB. The WOLF signal will then be centered on 800 Hz. 
Set the WOLF decoder frequency to 800 Hz. The WSPR-X waterfall should show the WSPR-15 signal at 
136000 +1614.
