Jay,
Yes, you can increase it up to 10 Hz. BUT, any frequency drift of that
magnitude will prevent copy from being built-up over a period of time,
and you'll lose that big advantage. Copy may still be possible with a
strong signal, and the resulting output would be a help in analyzing
your setup.
This is really a high-stability mode, with ideally 10 milli-Hertz
stability over a half-hour or so.
