[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

Quiet conditions last night but signals were weaker compared to late 
Dec/early Jan. SJ, WMS, and TAG were seen much of the night and MBD made 
a good showing as local sunrise neared. Traces of CV were apparent but 
not good enough to copy the call.

Looked briefly for MO and WI on their frequencies but neither was even 
detectable.
